In 2018 Brittany received her 200 hr yoga certification in Rishikesh India. Yoga and mediation lead her to getting certified in movement principles, mat, and reformer Pilates. She has gone on to teach and curate mind/body classes at top studios, resorts and spas from New York to the Pocono mountains. Brittany also does Virtual and Pop up classes and was inspired to start her own form of movement she calls “Aerobyx” a method of yoga infused with calisthenics and conscious breathing combined with her own line of resistance bands.

As an ACE-CPT (American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer) and STOTT PILATES® Instructor, she integrates science-based training methods to help clients achieve balanced strength, improved mobility, and sustainable body transformation. With multiple advanced certifications in sports injury recovery, women’s hormone and body composition management, and chronic disease exercise planning, Eunice is dedicated to creating personalized, effective programs that promote long-term health and performance.
Luna is a certified instructor by the PMA – National Pilates Certification Program, Aerialist, and Pole dancer.
She is certified in the Comprehensive Teacher Training Course by both Balanced Body and Power Pilates. She trained in prenatal/postnatal with Keren, who holds a specialty in pre-/postnatal fitness. She has trained with Cara Reeser, a disciple of Kathy Grant, who studied directly with Joseph Pilates.
Luna has an extensive background in fitness and uses her knowledge to create a fun and inclusive environment in the studio. She focuses on details along with anatomy for movement. She loves helping clients discover the benefits of Pilates, including building strength, creating full body alignment, managing pain and injury, and improving mental well-being.
Maggie Ding, has been teaching yoga& Aerial yoga for more than 10 years and get her first classic Pilates certificate in 2019, NYC. She still has the passion after teaching more than 10000 hours, she loves to help the clients to achieve their goals and encourage them to get their potentials.
